Wow AVP is not nearly as bad as I’d been led to believe. Better than 3 or 4, that’s for sure.

 

I actually fuck with American Gangster. Granted I haven’t seen it in years. Plus let’s not forget Gladiator, which doesn’t hold up great. Though still a specific movie for it’s time. Even if you don’t care for Prometheus, and Covenant(I enjoy both)technically speaking they’re incredible.

 

Alien: Resurrection is a bad movie, but the humanoid alien was one of the most disturbing things I saw as a kid. The movie actually had a lot of striking visuals as long as you did not try to engage with the plot too much.

 

With some obvious exceptions, this is my relationship with most of Ridley Scott's work. Enjoyed it when it came out, but it doesn't hold up.

 

On the other hand, I can’t think of many movies that hold up better than Alien.

Matchstick Men is definitely underrated

 

I think tony Scott was about to reach a truly great level when he passed away. So curious to what we would’ve gotten.

If I’m being honest, ON THE WHOLE, I enjoy tony Scott’s total filmography more than his brother’s.even if Ridley has clearly made the better individual movies.

 

he made one of his best films when he was 70 years old lol

 

I ride hard for a Good Year and that’s not a joke. That movie makes me calm.

 

Fallen Kingdom is so bad it’s offensive. Just caught the end on tv.

 

i rewatched bourne supremacy tonight and i'm positive that's the best of (what was) the trilogy

 

That original trilogy is great.

 

Never Rarely Sometimes Always has a 0.6 user score on Metacritic.
