I can't stand Lil Dicky's music but I watched the show to at least attempt to fill the hole Atlanta has left. It doesn't, but it's surprisingly funny and there's an especially surprising really tasteful episode about bipolar, I like the show

Again it's nothing like Atlanta though, it's more like The League or Curb with rappers

 

I like it it makes me laugh

Whoever writes for Late Night with Seth Meyers are so fucking dumb when it comes to politics. And of course if you try to criticize them or any late night show for that, their go-to is that they are a comedy show and not a political show, but they know they have a fucking agenda that they try to spread, one that is misleading at the very least

 

Anything in particular? I haven't seen any of the Closer Looks in a while but I've always thought they had easily the best political material out of all the network late night shows

 

Never Rarely Sometimes Always is the first 2020 film I've been particularly taken with

 

yeah, i get stuff getting pushed back bc Covid, but the slate we got before all the delays wasn't particularly great. that and first cow are the two that could change it for me a bit, itching to see them.
