iirc, doesn't Korine only use AI built on his own films?

 

I started to look that up but got sidetracked by a Blank Check reddit argument where people are debating whether or not 38 year old Conner O'Malley is in tune with the youth.

To be clear, Conner absolutely seems tapped in to whatever festering boil is driving a lot of social media influencers in America, while Korine has definitely been checked out for a bit. I just think it's funny that a bunch of (probably) 40 year old redditors are advocating so hard for another 40 year old still being "with it"

Happy Gilmore is one of my all time favorite movies. Seeing them bring back people like that creepy nipple rubbing dude and Ben Stiller makes me happy (no pun intended).

In some ways it is. There is a "straight to streaming" where they figure they won't make much money in theaters, but then there are big movies that they hope are so well acclaimed that people sign up for the service just for it.
