i've been known to view a film from time to time

I haven’t seen that since college. Need to rewatch it.

The Descendants, like most Payne films, is okay.

I really hope my line “this mine looks crafty” made it into the final cut.

 

Love when a movie kinda takes place in a similar setting as an older movie so now it's a remake.

Anyway, 'Burbs is great and Keke is cool.

 

I used some Walk Hard clips in my Kahoot game and the thing that really makes that movie work is that the music is actually good. So many parodies or spoofs have such a contempt for their subject that they don't even try.

 

“Beautiful Ride” should been nominated and won the Oscar. A legit funeral song.

Edit: It still would have gone up against “Falling Slowly,” so maybe not. But should have been a contender.

 

Black Sheep is such a perfect imitation of Pet Sounds-era Beach Boys.

I didn't see the movie at the time but a local radio station played the song Let's Duet and I had no idea of the double entendre until the song went on.
