Maybe 30-40 was high and in the burbs it’s more like 20-30. But still not paying that for a bowl of noodles and sauce.

 

It very much matters where you live. I work in LA and struggle to grab a reasonable lunch for myself under $20

 

I thought they were specifically talking about the pasta itself lol not the entire meal

There should have been more of an uproar over the bashing of stuffed shells. They're delicious. So rude to insult them.

 

Penne is the best pasta. Angel hair is second.

 

Bianchi's on Revere Beach is the pinnacle of this. The crust is TRASH, but you just chuck it onto the beach for the seagulls, which is fun.

My least favorite

 

Angel hair is fine. But I normally go for thin spaghetti and split the difference between angle hair and regular spaghetti.

 

if I'm spending money on pasta (entertainment) then I'm usually getting something like pho or udon

also hyper specific regional food is funny, I grew up south of Boston and beach pizza was nonexistent there

 

Boo. Angel hair has such good mouthfeel.
