Yeah, Rou was at the table for the first two bands just hanging out and talking with people.

 

I'm stoked for tonight. Been looking forward to this show for a while.

I missed them last time because they said they were too hungover to come out and meet people. Hopefully get to see them this time and then catch my train.

 

I've been able to meet at least one member, if not the entire band, at every show of theirs I've been to. They are super approachable and down to earth guys.

 

Agreed! I remember seeing Rob just standing there drinking a beer a couple years ago. I think it was his first US Tour after his Visa problems. We talked for a good 10 minutes about music, the tour and everything else. I also met Rou before and had a funny experience. I saw him walking around the venue and said hello to him. We were talking about the upcoming show that night and asked him if it's the same 18 songs they've been playing. He goes "That's oddly specific" and I showed him Setlist.Fm for the first time. He goes, "Just because of this, we're changing up everything" and he did. The entire setlist was incredibly out of order and I'm sure there were a few confused people in the crowd that night.

 

Anyone planning on going to the Baltimore date on Friday and not have a ticket yet? I have an extra will call ticket that I'm trying to sell

 

Can't wait for tonight! I'm bringing my gf who isn't too thrilled to be going. I have a feeling her seeing Shikari live will make her feel differently.

 

Just got home from this. Great show overall! I got there 2 songs into BAAO and wow do they deliver live! Shikari was good but I think Rou had mic issues all night. The crowd was one of the best I've seen at a Shikari show. A lot of energy and they knew more than the hits which was awesome. If I had to nitpick at anything, they were on stage a lot longer than I thought they would be. Other than that, I enjoyed it and my girlfriend didn't think it was too bad (which is a compliment from her haha). Highly recommend!

 

What an epic show. I will always go see these guys live. They are just so crazy and put on an amazing performance.
