If they encore with Acid Nation, I will be a happy camper

 

I'm hoping they throw a bunch of their deep cuts from singles or EPs in here, since it's gonna be some long time fans going to these shows. Any of Thumper, Tribalism, Breathe in Space, Acid Nation, All Eyes on the Saint, Hoodwinker, and Rat Race would all be phenomenal for a short non-TTTS part of the set

 

Acid Nation and We Can Breathe In Space would be lovely.

 

Also I feel I might be the only one who wants to hear Wall live.

 

I love the Wall. Maybe the most underrated song in their discography.

 

So excited to finally hear Adieu live. One of my favorite Shikari songs.

 

They've headlined Irving Plaza twice in the past.

 

I'd be tempted to go see them in the UK, haven't seen them live for a good while, but Take to the Skies is such a shite album. I love the band a lot, but their other albums are streets ahead of it. I used to see them live quite a bit back during this time in the UK, so it'd be nice to go for old time's sake, I suppose, but I haven't listened to the album in years.


Acid Nation is a fucking banger though

 

Theyou basically went from Gramercy to Irving twice to Gramercy to Irving. Irving is still the biggest venue they've headlined in NYC.

 

Wall is my favorite song they've done.

 

Too bad the Chicago show is on St. Patty's Day. I would really like to see them play this album but I'll probably go out instead.

 

Has anyone heard anything about the other openers yet?

 

Being As An Ocean are on the whole tour. More openers to be announced soon.

 

I can't imagine any of the openers are big names on this forum.

 

Is '68 doing anything?

I Made You Myself is opening the Chicago date. I think they're a local band.

 

Looks like it. I wonder if they're just going to have locals open?

 

That wouldn't surprise me. The tour starts next week.

 

Starting to expect a 2 hour set. This is going to be insane.

 

I can see an hour and a half. I think they'll go the Silverstein DTW route and play a 7-8 song set and then go right into TTTS.

 

Any more news on this? The tour starts in a few days.
