been listening to the orlando sentinel for the past week. not sure how I feel - I enjoy it, but it's definitely very different.
there are like four or five really good songs (basically the non interlude songs, haha). the first two, sarkozy, daytrader are fantastic. the melodies are just as good as ever. the electronic stuff he does is actually very similar to what he does at the end of sets/during his DJs sets, i was expecting this new record to be very electronic based (especially since he said that the DJ set he did at the end of the show i put on was all new stuff), but i truly have no clue at this point what this new album will be like
yeah the songs that aren't interludes are fantastic but it's a lot of electronic filler. I enjoy it but it's not as good as the actual songs. and I'm hoping for similar stuff to "wasted on the senate floor" but I also have no idea.
