Unfortunately no. I don't think the rest truly stands out. Perhaps I set my expectations too high after Givin' Up and Don't Cry
yeah liking this a fair bit but it really pales to 131, which in fairness was probably what caused the style change because they knew they fucking nailed the sound dig the second half a lot more tho, that xo-Hell of It-Comfortable run is fire
it's nearly damn flawless and one of my favourite alt-pop records... having said that Peach Club is hitting super hard third listen rn Cautious has maybe the best chorus Bradley's given us
yeah fucking chills when he comes in with that vocal line, and the fact that it only happens once per chorus when you could build the whole thing around it just makes it better. subversive
it's not as good as 131 but that's just because of personal preference - I applaud the band for exploring this sound and I think the next one will be out of this world
