Out July 8th via Hopeless Records. I honestly believe this will be their best album to date if "Cloud 9" is any indication... seems like Bradley's putting more of his own flavor into the band's sound.

Not into the single but still very interested in the album, especially whatever track Jason Vena's on.

 

So many Emarosa threads going on, I love it! As I've already said I'm really stoked for this release and already pre-ordered the vinyl.

New song out tomorrow... oh man the "former fan" butthurt is gonna be strong with this one. An all-out catchy alt rock jam!

 

A friend just described it as "like if the 1975 spent a summer or warped tour and then tried to make a more rock record"... pretty accurate tbh

I'd say more blues-y alt rock haha... The 1975 comparisons are probably gonna hype people up on here unreasonably so forget I said that xD. Just enjoy it as its own thing.

I'm not describing this very well haha... hold up.

 

Song's solid, really like the verses but the chorus is a bit weak.

 

I do feel like it's not quite as huge as it could be somehow, but overall I really really like it.

oof, i don't like this one. something about the juxtaposition of his voice with that kind of music is not working for me, the verse and chorus seem disconnected. a miss for me

 

I don't think I like it. Going to give it another spin but not what I was expecting. Coming from a fan of everything this band has put out to date.

 

Don't be too turned off by it. Helpless isn't very indicative of the entire album.
