That is so unbelievably good.

 

Saw them with The Dear Hunter, never listened to them before (as terrible as it is, only really knew them by their associations with other bands) and loved them; where should I start with them?

 

The Valley. Easily the band's best and most cohesive work. After that, do Currents, Combinations, Room Noises, in that order.

 

I'd say to start at the beginning with Room Noises and just go for it

 

Oddly, that's the only album I've not listened to.

 

Odd. I'd highly recommend it. It kind of showcases everything Eisley does best. I consider it their defining record.

 

big big fan of the single. that chorus is super catchy.

 

I must check it out. I loved Room Noises back in the day, but found Combinations to be a bit lacking. Really enjoyed Currents though - probably my favourite overall at this stage.

 

The Valley was what got me into them

 

I think Currents is a better record

 

Room Noises will always be my favorite, but The Valley is soon after. Currents and Combinations are both awesome though, so whatever

 

Combinations is my favorite, which always seems to be an unpopular opinion but oh well.

 

It's got some great songs, I must admit. Some of their best. But as a whole from the three I've heard I think it's weakest.

Sherri's voice is just so lovely!

 

Not a fan of Bemis being on here but it's expected.

 

Excited for this release. Also really excited to hear Max and Anthony's guest spots, two of my favorite musicians.

 

The Defeatist is so good, and I like You are Mine as well. Sounds like they are going to more personal lyrics a la The Valley. Which is awesome.

 

The Valley has been my favorite Eisley record since I got into the band, but these two tracks sound at least on par with it so maybe this could become my new favorite. I really love their whole discography though.

 

Definitely my favorite track yet, and it still would be even without the Anthony bonus

 

This song is cool as shit. Sounds kind of out of the ordinary for Eisley too.

 

Yeah it's definitely not something I'd typically expect from them
