Four was fine but it was tough as a non-Spanish speaker. Seemed emotionally as the heaviest. Like seeing Maron in the beginning of five.
Took a break after episode 4 (good, but my least favorite so far) to binge Transparent, I liked the first half and will certainly watch the rest tonight or this weekend.
Definitely enjoying this, did not see that coming at the end of episode 4, so fucked up, very uncomfortable to watch
Episode 8: I did not expect to see a sequel to any episode (even after the previous episode started to lay down connections/cameos between the episodes), so this took me by surprise - a very pleasant one, because as soon as E3 was over I thought about how much more I wanted to see of that story. Great series, would love to see a second season.
Episode 4 has had the most impact on me, I keep thinking about it. 5 was also great and Marc Maron was amazing. The format reminds me of Black Mirror. Hope we get more one-off episode shows like this.
As someone who lives in Chicago, I feel I'm biased to like this more than the average viewer but it is super entertaining. Maybe the only Joe Swanberg thing I've ever truly enjoyed.
Just watched the first 3 episodes and really loved this. The writing is outstanding, feels so real and personal.
Just finished. Great writing, and I loved the real life tone of this. People speaking over each other, etc. Makes it feel more genuine.
Started this last night. Watched the first 3 episodes and loved them (apart from Dave Franco who pisses me off for some reason) - But Aya Cash and Evan Jonigkeit have awesome, and believable chemistry and their story was so well done. Can't wait to watch more.
Hello, If anyone who has watched the first season could help me out, I would appreciate it. My wife and I are working our way back from a recent affair that she had. I have watched the first episode of Easy and believe that this show would be relatable to us both but Im worried that the subject of a extramarital affair might come up somewhere in the plot. At this point, this would make for a very uncomfortable time for us. Can anyone give me a heads up as to what I might expect WITHOUT spoiling the story for us. That you in advance.
Episode 4 is explicitly about this. Without trying to spoil too much, it explores the psychology of someone in a committed relationship having an affair with an old flame, even though they keep telling themselves and others they are happy in their current relationship. That's as far as I've watched, but I would say that one's definitely a no.
Thank you for responding. Let me ask you, with you saying Would you suggest that we watch the show and just skip over E4 or would we be missing a important plot line? Anyone who has seen past E4, please reply. TY
