I think the best showing of E3 was easily Mario Odyssey. Anthem also really impressed me.

 

If they were there I'd be continuously bringing it up, ha.

I realize this is a good problem but still. My bank account is screwed this October.

 

I didn't think the second half of the year could match the first in terms of how many games i want but I think it has.

 

I'm watching some guy carve a God of War prologue out of sand over one Geoff's colosseum thing.

 

I'm pretty disappointed with the Spider-Man gameplay. The costume is still awful and the city looks very bland. My hype for that game has gone down a bit now

 

I though Spider-Man looked dope

 

Yeah this year has been stupid good for games. Sadly I've only beat two games out of the seven I've bought. Plenty to keep me busy until October I guess.

Yeah I think I've bought maybe 10 or so and finished like 3 so far.

 

Yeah i loved the Anthem showcase but there was no way it topped Odyssey's reveal for me.

My top 3 are the 2 Marios and then Anthem.

I'm still cautious about Anthem but I really hope it delivers. I really want it to be cross platform because then I wouldn't have to get a PS4 just to play with my SO.

I agree about Anthem. I'm not usually a big fan of those online Destiny type games but this one just looks so good and knowing it's from the old Mass Effect team gives me a little more confidence.

 

Definitely want to pick up a switch after watching that conference, probably will wait until late summer/early fall to snag one

I can't believe Sony just used the excuse of we need to think about our younger audience.

 

Lol in a world where Nintendo is going cross platform this is a pretty lame excuse

Man, I feel like Nintendo is hitting all the right buttons as of late (besides the online play stuff). I'm so excited about the future of the Switch.

I'm cautious about Anthem too. BUT. I'm hoping that this is the reason Andromeda was a polished turd. So I'm cautiously optimistic.

Metro looked pretty sweet too.
