When was Pokémon announced for, 2019? If that's a holiday releas, I think I can hold off on a Switch until Black Friday 2019.
So besides God of War, Monster Hunter, Shadow of Colossus, and Spider-Man was there anything else substantial at Sony last night?
Uncharted, Detroit and Days Gone all look great to me. They had Destiny 2, COD and some VR stuff too which I don't care about but I know some do.
It's tough to give a grade to Nintendo because their presentation isn't really over, it just moved over to the Treehouse stream. But the 25-minute video alone was great. EA: C- Microsoft: B+ Bethesda: D Ubisoft: B+ Sony: B Nintendo: A Top Ten Games From Conferences (gameplay footage required for qualification): 1. Anthem 2. Super Mario Odyssey 3. Assassin's Creed: Origins 4. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 5. Marvel's Spider-Man 6. Far Cry 5 7. Crackdown 3 8. Metro: Exodus (I know this was scripted "gameplay" but I'm counting it because it seemed close enough to how it will actually play) 9. Star Wars Battlefront 2 10. Wolfenstein: The New Colossus Anthem is pretty easily the game I'm most excited about now that it's all said and done. I was really impressed by what they showed and am looking forward to seeing more of it. Even though it's so far away from release, it's definitely my personal highlight of the weekend.
