Shenmue 3 2020

 

Hoping MS announces a sequel that is a good faith gesture. Sunset Overdrive 2, Ryse 2 or something. Series that sold over a million have developed followings and could become something with the right studio/time.

They can't expect every franchise to be Halo on first release. It's fucking frustrating...

 

SO2 would be nice, but the majority or insomniac are on spoderman. Ryse 2 would be good, maybe that would keep Crytek afloat.

I don't expect either tbh, but I do expect at least a few new IP for them.

 

I hope they have something new I'm interested in. Based on what Phil Spencer was saying though I'm not that optimistic.

 

Speaking of good will sequels I hope we actually see something solid and significant on Crackdown 3.

 

I can't believe Crackdown 3 is still slated for release. Have we seen anything this year about it or last year?

If a new PGR, Brute Force, or Jade Empire was announced for Scorpio it would be a day one buy. I would love to get into the MS wagon, but the exclusives are lacking imo.

 

Brute force, eh? Thought I was the only one who remembered that.

 

I'm an OG Xbox gamer. I loved those old exclusives!

We heard last year that it's supposed to be out this year, a few days ago the devs confirmed that it's also coming out PC for the Play Anywhere program (like all first party games). The general thought on that silence regarding it is that it's going to be one of Microsoft's big Scorpio titles so they've been waiting for that reveal. Who knows though! If it ends up getting canned I won't be super upset but it's just about the only remaining, announced big budget Microsoft title I have any interest in right now.

 

I want a new, good Fable game. I miss that series.

 

I also expect a Fable 4 tease at the end.

I'd love to see some more of Sonic Forces at E3.

 

If Crackdown isn't at the show this year, I don't even know what Microsoft thinks it's doing anymore. That first-party lineup is totally barren. And no Halo or Gears game this year to drive sales either. For a platform holder who had such a strong lineup of exclusives on the 360, and the OG Xbox, they've really allowed their position to weaken significantly in terms of software.

 

I can see them putting out Halo 3 Anniversary as their big game for this year, ha.

 

I couldn't care less about Xbox at this point. Our One is a Roku that sometimes plays IDARB and Rock Band.

 

Well now I'm just sad. BRB, gonna go cry to old Dashboard Confessional records over this.

All I want is information on a new FROMSOFT game. I've heard rumors of Bloodborne 2 but Miyazaki already confirmed his next game is completely different from SoulsBorne games and have very little interest if he's not involved.
