Target's doing their B2G1, but more recent stuff like Bring Her Back and 28 Years Later are still like $30, i think i'll wait since i'm not really in a rush to rewatch those
still picking them up but the price points for Hard Boiled and The Killer are a little steep, plus the Better Tomorrow Box set. That last one might have to wait, but still...damn, its hard to be a music gearhead and film collector. Why couldn't I only have one of these afflictions!?!?!?!
The Descent 20th Anniversary 4K SteelBook® preorders for The Descent in 4K now up, releasing November 11!
To be fair. I don’t own Barry Lyndon, only the REST are upgrades, I’m not owned, I’m not owned. (thought the spinal tap blu was pretty mid tbh)
Also finally got all of my birthday haul, between this, the HK Shout pre-orders and the Criterion sale, I'm out of the blu-ray game until 2026.
uh oh, i pre-ordered through Atomic but Diabolik being so direct about not getting their allotment is a bit concerning
yeah and neither does Best Buy anymore, it's so hard to pick things up now without just ordering them. B&N still does but prices for new stuff is always higher than those two would've been
best buy got rid of them years ago though, i knew that, plus i used to work there, i didn't notice target til this year. I still see movies sold at Walmart & FYE, that's about it. I don't shop at B&N but thats cool they still do even if its expensive
i'm just glad Mutant is getting involved with home video releases. don't own any Arrow titles yet, but have been meaning to pick up Dune 84 at some point, so if they do another release of that (that's different enough from the collector's edition they put out a while back), i'd be happy
