Hm. Wasn't where I was expecting Nolan to go next, that's for sure. Like the sound of Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy though.

I hated Interstellar, but still excited for this. Teaser was cool and I'm a fan of most of the cast

Didn't see Interstellar, big Nolan critic but he always has a portion of my attention. Wish he infused some humor into his films

What type of humor are you looking for? Just a few quips here and there? A comedic relief throughout the film?

I mean I think the style he apes from a lot has a lot of wimsy and wonder and humor in it that I don't really see in a lot of his work. Very clinical

Nolan takes great advantage of screen space. Every shot in this trailer is so great, which I fully expected. I know the guy gets grief from some people (or at least used to, on AP), but I love how he presents his craft.

Guess I'll get the ball rolling:

    1) Memento
    2) The Prestige
    3) The Dark Knight
    4) Inception
    5) Insomnia
    6) Interstellar
    7) The Dark Knight Rises
    8) Batman Begins

I've only seen Interstellar once and I usually enjoy Nolan films more the 2nd or 3rd time around more. Also, never saw Following. Not even sure how to go about seeing it.

Putting Interstellar before Batman Begins is fucking baffling

Is Chris Nolan finally going to make a good movie again?

Batman and Bane's voices are great comedic moments. The speech about love in Interstellar was one of the top comedic moments of 2014.

The hyperbolic "hate" for Nolan!? I just need some red gradient and I'll feel like I'm on AP.net again!:teethsmile::teethsmile::teethsmile:

His visuals are easily the best aspect of his films and a lot better than many contemporary major filmmakers

I don't even hate Nolan. I LOVE Inception and the Batman trilogy (even Rises) but I hated Interstellar. I honestly hope this really is just a straight up war movie and he once again proves he's not totally ridiculous.

I enjoyed Batman Begins so much more than The Dark Knight Rises.

Well, yeah, it's a better movie. I thought general consensus was Rises is the weakest of the three.

It was in reference to someone's list. And yeah, I would agree that TDKR is regarded as the weakest.

I curbed quite a bit of laughter in theater watching Interstellar. that movie is crazy. that love speech is unhinged. the idiocracy 2 scene. tdkr's script is one of the most bonkers I can think of.

    this trailer looks cool
