they actually would only sell the bucket separately and gave me a regular bucket with my purchase so I was in the clear for the movie it's not, hand wash only
Bucket acquired. It was indeed a separate bucket than the popcorn so I just ran it out to my car so I didn’t have to hold onto it for 3 hours. Seated now. I’ll see y’all on the other side (hopefully a changed person) Edit: I haven’t gone to the movies solo in awhile and no one bought the seat next to me. This is bliss
This was very good. The second hour feels a bit rushed, as if it's missing some connective tissue, but Villinueve is giving it his all and I can't imagine anyone else doing it. I think Austin Butler is a bad actor and Walken is miscast here. But otherwise, yeah, I mean the visual effects and sound design are just undeniable. Zimmer snapped with that score. I prefer the first film by a bit, but I love that this is both funnier and more sinister in all the right places. Really glad I caught this in theaters.
Agreed that the last hour felt a bit rushed, and I think the pacing was a bit off throughout. Aside from that and a few other minor issues, I loved this and had a big grin on my face throughout. Paul riding the sandstorm for the first time was probably my favorite scene. The music was making my chair shake lol.
This absolutely ruled but as of now I prefer the first one but I’ve also seen that one 3 times. I agree the pacing felt a bit off but still absolutely fantastic. The scene where Elvis was fighting in that stadium looked so fucking good. Can’t wait to see it again.
I have no words… that was everything I hoped for. Absolutely nailed it. Only regret is not seeing the first one in theaters cus that experience amplified this even more. So many standout scenes. Also, the Giedi Prime scenes were unnerving in the best way.
Nearly word for word my feelings leaving the theater. As long as it was, it needed like one or two more scenes to help me understand Paul's post-Gatorade Frost change of heart.
