definitely gonna be listening to this at the beach this weekend

 

this is unreal good

 

it's just ultra-pleasant to listen to. perfect soundtrack for my walk to work as the weather cools down and the leaves start to change.

just disgusting. it seems to me that there's no way the band didn't know about this long before last february. if this was such an "open secret" and had been going on for that long, i dunno, it doesn't sit right with me.

The end of the article had me questioning this too.

 

this isn't the first occasion where this has happened. same thing happened around the pwr bttm time, bunch of people came out of the woodwork being like "well we all knew that they were creeps," same with the chris clavin thing as well, there were posts going around for years questioning him. it's a combination of people not having any hard proof and only sort of feeling like dudes were creepy, power imbalances in music scene, and not wanting to expose victims. tough situation.
