listened to the record while cooking, very into it

 

Listened to the whole mix and I’m really not about this. Dig the few I listened to separately before but nothing else caught my interest. Hopeful for the unmixed version so I can have those few tracks as proper standalones.

 

Unmixed version out now, includes a Kaytranada remix of “Don’t Start Now”

Ok so wait was the last one the blessed madonna’s mix of all the remixes? Is that how I should understand it? Like that was her vision and this is like standalone remixes?

Ya ok I get now. Definitely prefer the mix, this way kinda kills the energy but nice to have them more standalone for playlists and whatnot.

Also cool to get the Kaytranada remix. Not my favorite thing he’s done but it’s enjoyable

Him slapping a woman on camera seemed to have no effect at all on his popularity. I think he's been on the radio more since it happened.

Yeah, no reason for this to exist other than Dua to boost her numbers and make sure this is a hit. DaBaby adds nothing to it.

 

His verse is garbage. No reason this can’t be a massive song without him. It’s my favorite on the album

 

While the verse doesn't particularly add much, it also is way less bad than expected, I'm fine with it if it gets her charting well. The video is great, Dua and her videos are always so mesmerizing.

 

DaBaby is one of those guys who, even if you don't love his music, is just a fun personality to have around, much like Cardi B or Andrew WK.

 

Yeah I can agree that he looks like a fun dude in the vid

 

I find it weird that they're trying to subconsciously make it a TikTok hit by putting the TikTok logo on the elevator meter :/
