In Phoenix tonight and I drank way too much with my coworker. Many many beers and some margaritas. And I'm pretty set on getting up at 6 to go for a run, fuuuuuck.

 

You got here on our first 100° day haha.

 

Haha serious? Yeah when I stepped out of my car it felt like walking into an oven. I drove down from Vegas, and in my head the weather was going to be the same. I was wrong.

 

I don't know what it was in Vegas, but yeah, hottest day of the year so far haha. It's supposed to cool off a tad over the weekend, and then I'm sure it'll crank right back up again.

 

So you live in Phoenix? Have you ever been to Barrio Cafe? We went there tonight and it was soooo good. (was also where I got the margaritas)

 

I'm on the far west side of the metro area, but I pass through often. This is the first time I've heard of that place. I'll definitely look into it. Always cool to eat somewhere new! What did you have to eat?

 

It was some pork thing. Marinated pork, a bunch of other shit. It was so good and honestly if I wasn't so drunk I'd be able to tell you more about it hahaha.

 

Trying to figure out how to make KOTOR run on my laptop under the influence is hard, got it though.

I have a hard enough time getting my contacts out.

 

Alcohol for some reason unlocks a part of my brain that lets me do quasi-complicated things with general ease.

 

I usually do random things better while drunk but I have yet to complete a Rubik's cube which is frustrating. It's on my list of things to do before I die.

 

I never solved one either, which is disheartening because I'm generally good with puzzles.

Graduation is in 2 weeks...I spent 130 bucks on the freaking gown/hood/cap thing. Such a rip off.

Thanks man! It's been a long long long long journey haha. I'm practicing for a year in NY then I'll be out in Pittsburgh for 3-5 years. I wonder if I can legally refuse to treat Pens fans...

 

Pens fans aside, I LOVED Pittsburgh the one time I visited. Besides that, I hope there was a good reason for you choosing to go there. Any Pens fans you encounter can go on the waiting list... I was once on a hospital bed behind reception because the place was too busy for me to get into a room and I'm fine, so they'll live.
