holy shit that's awesome...you don't often see kids having the guts to rebel on sports teams, especially on LI. I remember respecting Turgeon a lot as a kid (ziggy palffy too).

Yea, my dad worked with someone whose wife did PR for the Isles, so I was pretty entrenched in that team for a bit when I was younger. Got to meet Ziggy, Reichel, Czerkawski, etc. Have autographs from McCabe, Bertuzzi. Once met Al Arbour in the stands. But, that's way in my past now. :)

Made it 10 hours since my first drink. Gotta golf tomorrow and I'm tired "af"... Goodnight everyone.

The fireworks have started. Time to drink!

 

They just started here too and I forgot and almost had a panic attack until I remembered what it was.

 

It's still light out please no fireworks for me tonight.

I live close to a full-size fireworks show at CBS and it's always way too loud and now I have this kitten to worry about

Yeah, we always have ours before the 4th and it throws me off every year. My cat is really not happy right now.

Been drunk all day while with family it's helped me cope. Hi guys.

 

Had one of my best nights in a while.

Drank a sixer at the beach. Went home and slept through the fireworks. Happy 4th too me.
