This American Life - again hard to describe, it mainly features nonfiction stories
You Must Remember This - stories from Hollywood before the current era. The ones I've been listening to are the series covering the Manson murders

 

I've only listened to Radiolab out of those. It's pretty cool! What kinda beer you drankin' @ChaseTx

 

Hey everyone! I finished up my last final for the semester. today so I am here for this thread tonight. Only one more semester until I'm done!!! Can't fucking wait.

I'm not quite done yet -- I have one last semester and my thesis. But I'm studying TV Production (and I loooove it). I'm looking at going into anything pre-production or on set.

No i haven't. What brewery is that?

 

New Belgium. You almost certainly have it at local stores. It's a tangerine IPA.

 

Oh yeah we have New Belgium. Haven't had that one though. I've mainly been having Shiner, Sam Adams, and Sierra Nevada lately, as those tend to be pretty cheap here

 

I like "fruit" beers a lot. I had one, Purple Haze, which is raspberry and it was surprisingly good. I like citrus based ones too.

 

The only beers i can't stand are Hefeweizens and Wit beers.

 

Haven't had a hefe in a while. I don't usually like fruit beers I guess

 

I like Pale Ales and IPAs the most, i think. IPA's were definitely an acquired taste for me, but now i love 'em. I have a coupla dales pales ale's in the fridge. I'll prolly hit those at the end of the week.

 

Yeah, same here. I do enjoy a good stout every now and then

 

Haha hefe and wit beers are my favorites, honestly. I'm still definitely a newbie. I just discovered a couple of weeks ago that I like some stouts -- I had always figured that I just hated them because I can't stand Guiness.

 

Dude, i love Stouts and Porters but you can't really get drunk on them, haha. If you do, you're gonna have a HORRIBLE hangover.

 

Left Hand Nitro Milk Stouts. Try them if you haven't, you won't regret it. You gotta pour the whole thing in a glass though, don't drink from the bottle.

 

Yeah if I have any it's one or two before I switch to a more drinkable beer

Watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure with Miller Lite, how I love this show.

 

i wish i took the time to get into mixing drinks but all i ever end up doing is shots and beer

 

I would apreesh no judgement but I have poured myself my 1st drink. I start my shift at 3AM so I'm getting a jump on it. It feels weird this early.
