I don't understand destination weddings... unless she lives in Jamaica, which I guess is normal for her. But the point still stands, I'm not a fan of them.
I don't even know that any of our friends are going so I don't feel too bad. Who is going to be there when most people can't afford it though?
Seriously I hate the idea of destination weddings because like, way to exclude a whole group of people just because they can't afford it or can't get the time off or whatever.
I honestly don't know how I did it, haha. I was feeling pretty rough on the drive over to the beach. Fun day though. Played some volleyball and bochee ball...it was neat.
The worst choice I've made drinking-wise is to go out for my birthday the day before I had to get up at 4am for a 6am call time... One of the hardest days I've had haha
I think I may have posted it before but one time at work I was so hungover that I asked one of my coworkers to do his field work that day so I could go with and sleep in the truck while he did his thing. I passed tf out that whole car ride, he got a kick out of it.
As much as I was thinking going to this wedding would be a nuisance, I ended up having a great time. Plus, free alcohol. Keeping it going now that I'm home.
I never really even drank that much but I'm telling you 9 months without alcohol of any kind is a really long time. Lol.
