Instant pre-order for me. Both tracks are awesome, but I like Detective Lieutenant a fair amount better than Million Miles of Fun.

love this band, but not a fan of the lyrics for Detective Lieutenant.

last year watching some of my all time faves speak out against Black Lives Matter, and whataboutism with "what about black on black crime" made me lose my love for those bands, I'm just not able to enjoy them or like the country artists who went to Morgan Wallen's defense that I enjoyed. It's not apart of "a cover up" and I don't think challenging those bands on those views is "cop" behavior. I don't think sharing my discomfort with others is either and there's not "one side of the street we're responsible for" when we're trying to build music space for everyone.

Ironically though Kindlon has the last word though because I'm not gonna let me not liking this track ruin my love for this band.... really makes you think.

yeah in parts it's not far off from Tillary

Patrick says some shit I disagree with. But to this point it hasn't been presented in a way that turns me away.

I'm usually the old guy standing in the back nodding my head, but when Drug Church played Wednesday night, I lost my shit for half an hour straight.
