If I wanted to get into dimension 20 what’s the best episode to see if it’s for me?

 

I've never been able to get into watching or listening to other people play tabletop RPGs, but I've always heard good things about Fantasy High.

 

D20 unfortunately isn't the kind of show that you can just watch a single episode of (other than On a Bus... which actually might actually be a good answer?). A lot of the enjoyment comes from the longer term story telling of a whole season. And then each season is also so wildly different its hard to give a single "start here" ref because people's tastes are different

Fantasy High is definitely an incredibly solid baseline. But also might be best to just look through the season list and find one where the genres match what you're really into.

 

Watching the Make Some Noise with Ben Schwartz and he's so good, would love to see him more often on these shows

He's on 2 episodes - S3, E12 and S4, E12. Both are amazing, but the S4 episode with Lisa Gilroy and Colton Dunn is straight chaos.

For my money he’s the best in the business at improv. Saw him last year with his group and it was fantastic. Seeing them again in September.

this felt like an early season episode in the best way possible. really great premise and execution by all involved ( including that cameo), although i could've done without some of the quick edits

 

the moment where grant tries the wasabi oreo sent me into a giggle fit

 

and when Raph does too and ends up screaming, to which Katie responds "you could just smell them". lots of great moments in this one

Brennan/Jacob/Lou on MSN season 3 is so good

The more I see of Jeremy Culthane the more he rises in my good graces, dude is funny as hell.

The smut presentation on the new episode of smartypants is very for my wife lol

 

I'm watching the season 3 finale of Make Some Noise and it's just so good, the noise boys are kings

 

I appreciate a lot of the earlier episodes of game changer where the game is really simple. I would like them to do more of that mixed in with the complicated games.

 

that's why Night Shift was such a good episode. it really skirted those lines between the simplicity of the earlier seasons (in a way it was kind of a callback to the universally-hated Everything Machine episode) and unique gimmicks of the newer seasons, but with a self-assuredness that comes with doing this for so long and figuring out the tone of the show.
