Zac as Grant makes no sense and yet all the sense in the world

 

it's also funny how this and Bingo were two of the big episodes this season to originally feature Grant and because he got COVID, they had to rush Brennan and Zac in (still funny to see Grant's face on Trapp's Bingo stamper if you look close enough)

 

Am I going to start seeing Dropout cast everywhere now that I know them? Josh was on Hacks this week

 

I haven't. I fell off of CBB a bit ago, but now that he and Vic are on there a bit, I need to go back to it.

also my son just turned one this week and the he laughed his ass off at Josh on Make Some Noise the other day

 

Jacob and Brennan on VIP were nightmare fuel lol. Great episode.

 

Anna Garcia was also in one of the earlier seasons (from the one episode where that comedian (her) was being harassed by the owner of a comedy club, and Deborah paid him $1M to never perform again)

 

He has been doing a character called Mr Toots that Scott appears to hate, but part of the it is him wanting his own spin off show that he finally goto. 420 this year.

 

been revisiting some of my favorite Game Changer episodes to prep for S8 premiering next Monday. so many great ideas in S7 (about to rewatch You-lympics in the background). think it bodes really well for what's to come.

 

need to catch up on the behind the scenes for S7, just finished it the other day

started showing some Make Some Noise eps to my buddy this weekend and he was very into it

 

the BTS videos really bring a lot of great context to some of the episodes (notably for One Year Later, where they reveal the original cut of the episode was 2.5 hours, and the finale, but also some of the bigger spectacle episodes towards the end of the season).

had the Australian Power Rangers for Christ clip from MSN pop up on YouTube yesterday and loved it. definitely need to start going through the series soon.

saw some Noise Boys myself last night with the Season 3 premiere episode of Make Some Noise, some insane bits in that one

new episode of Parlor Room has Becca, Sam, Brennan, Demi, Jiavani, and Paul all trying out a prototype of the Game Changer board game (there was also one that Katie and Rekha did with Smosh a few days ago, but i generally find Smosh to be really annoying). gameplay looks pretty solid for a party game - something between charades and Taboo at times. of the three games they chose (Bingo, Name a Number, and Sam Says), only Name a Number gets really close to the episode it's based on, but all of them still feel somewhat adjacent to the show. will probably end up backing the Kickstarter at some level.

 

season 3 of Smartypants coming June 12. lots of people i don't recognize here, but some welcome additions and returning faces too (surprised they just now got Josh Ruben for this).

my partner had agreed to watch S8 with me as it airs. he's only seen One Year Later & Crowd Control, so i've put together a list of some of my favorite episodes to eventually subject him to. all 3 Sam Says are on there, as well as most of S6 & S7 (really excited to show him Bingo & Outvoted too)

 

New game changer on Monday get hyped
