It is probably a lot more complicated than that, but it would be fascinating if that is how they blended together for over thirty years.
No one in the theater was laughing at the bit where Curly says they are being too familiar but I thought it was one of the funniest parts of the movie.

This was such a silly, charming film. Adored the leads, both individually and how they played off each other. And, basically the rest of the cast also absolutely ruled. Truly immaculate vibes overall.
