Since I've been talking about Taproot lately, and this is a Dredg thread, I'm reminded of the time Taproot went on tour with Dredg and Deadsy, and they did an interview where they explained they didn't want to just take out bands that sounded exactly like them, and made fun of Incubus, Hoobastank, and Audiovent as an example. It's a funny anecdote.
Oh me too, but it was funny cause I think Stephen, the vocalist, didn't want to name names and then the other members said the names and he was like "Damn!" and the interviewer goes "Let's make all sorts of enemies!"
