Came around to the sequencing on NWTS, but I generally agree that it's a flaw of Drake's albums. Rather than having an arc to the album, to me it seems like he constructs his albums in sections of 3-4 tracks and then just kind of sticks them together. If the songs are good enough, you can overcome bad sequencing. Look at something like Coloring Book, which (to me) has a very poor flow. Doesn't matter because most of the songs are fuego.
I'll admit that I laugh at some of the funnier condescending posts but it does get a bit excessive after a while. I feel like it's pretty damn easy to express opinions without belittling those with a different opinion.
I like Keep The Family Close ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If I ever loved ya I'll always love ya, it's how I was raised.
I ranked Views above SFG because i havent listened to SFG lol don't feel a need to do a deep dive on drizzy
SFG is just a notch below TC in his discography imo. I would actually probably put Comeback Season next after that.
yeah sfg is probably my second favorite project of his after take care, it's corny and unpolished in a lot of ways but it still connects with me a lot
