Drake still has the number one album in the country:

Drake’s Certified Lover Boy spends a second week atop the Billboard 200 albums chart, as the set earned 236,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Sept. 16 (down 61%), according to MRC Data. The set opened at No. 1 a week ago with the year’s biggest week for an album, 613,000 units.

Will be interesting to see if T Swift can top the charts again when Fearless is available on vinyl on 10/1. She’s had a preorder for signed CDs up on her merch store all day - to also be released on 10/1. From what I can tell, she’s already sold at least 30k signed CDs. Not sure how much competition she’ll get from Drake/Lil Nas/Lady Gaga, though. Would def be a huge accomplishment for a re-recorded album.
