Summer games and peak I dig a lot. Some filler for sure. I like the MJ song a lot.

 

Tapped out at Finesse and switched to the Gorillaz album

 

Almost through Side A and.....yep this sure is a Drake album. Not bad but yea

 

alright actually I quite like Can't Take a Joke

 

Summer games finna be in heavy rotation

 

Peak's not great

 

Nice For What still bangs

 

Seems like Abel coulda done the MJ part for less money

 

Side B is actually growing on me a lot already lol

 

So yea I'd say roughly 11-12 songs on here for me. A bit less than half. Drake gonna Drake.

 

You could definitely lose about a third of this, BUT the production is fantastic and as a whole I think this is livelier and better than Views and More Life. Both discs are solid but I actually really appreciate some of the risks on the second half. Loved "Summer Games," "Blue Tint," and "Don't Matter To Me." Pleasantly surprised and excited to return to this

Spun this once, first standouts for me are Nonstop, Can't Take A Joke, Talk Up and In My Feelings.

 

Yeah I’m about halfway through but I’ve liked a majority of what I heard.

 

Most of this sounds like stuff he’s done better before. Bunch of retreads. Not feeling it. Some here and there. I was excited after “Nice For What” and realized how uneven it would be when he dropped “I’m Upset”

More Life is more interesting

 

I never listened to Views or More Life outside of the bigger songs that came it w/e but I am enjoying this. Only at Gods Plan right now though

 

I think “Summer Games” was the first thing to really catch my ear.

 

“Summer Games” is nice. It’s like Drake’s “Street Lights”

 

Kinda bored by this on track 4. Gonna have to find the hidden gems.
