I love lemon desserts, but don't think I've ever encountered the combination with toffee. Is that a normal thing?
Confirmed on today's (great) episode. New Showrunner, no Mitch and all the writing/production staff gone aswell. Shaun Diston and Gilli Nissim specifically named as being out. Such a shitty move to save money on actually paying people.
Literally only gave the show a shot for Mitch, I enjoyed it but no interest in season 3 with Mitch and the previous writers gone. Hope it bombs
Yep. David Reed, the EP from “The Boys” and Strange New Worlds” has taken over and apparently they’ve cleaned house. If I were to guess, the old EP saw the writing on the wall and wrote Stu back in so Mitch could still have a job and they just wrote him out anyway. Either way, the show can kick rocks. They had something special with that cast and now the well is poisoned. Also, Mitch did more for the show than Will Arnett ever did and I’m sure made half his salary.
They’re really gonna do a “Stu died on the way to his home planet” offscreen between seasons. Dumb and also stupid.
It is funny how much of the “Little sister getting piled on by her siblings” energy she has when they get to her Italian sub order.
I haven't had Publix in awhile and this episode gave me intense cravings so today got an Instacart of a Boar's Head Turkey Pub Sub, Black and White Cookies, some Florida Strawberries, and some house made Banana Pudding. I actually never had Publix Banana Pudding before. It's A+.
My favorite all time Publix item is actually discontinued for a sad tragic reason. When I was a kid Publix had a policy where any child who asks at the bakery counter could get 1 free cookie. I would always get the Chocolate Chewy Cookie, which was like a rich flourless chocolate cookie that was crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside with peanuts on top. They got rid of both that cookie and the free cookie policy after they gave one to a kid who had a peanut allergy who unfortunately died.
I haven't read it because I always find the writer kind of annoying as a guest tbh, plus I figure 90% of the humor is just going to be referenced to the pod
