Always a good sign when the founders of a company leave to start their own thing. I mean, I guess Earwolf still exists with Scott Aukerman, but that’s more because of the Sirius merger than anything.
This feels a bit like their own Earwolf situation without the reputation/connections Scott had. Scott started CBB world to give all the comedy creators more freedom/ownership of their content. Most of the older Earwolf stuff is now on there or given back to the creators (Andy Daly, HDTGM)
Very true! And I forgot that Earwolf doesn’t exist anymore. It all folded into SiriusXM Podcasts. And happy that Scott did that for all of those folks and is giving other comedians a shot with their own shows. I don’t see Jake and Amir doing that.
