I don't know why I torture myself by checking the threads on Reddit.

 

To space out my weekly pod schedule I wait until the commute home Tuesdays to listen to the Double, and Friday to listen to the regular episode. It's so hard when I come into this thread and look at all the fun everyone is having.

I loved the most recent ep. I immediately listened to the most recent episode of Jesse Thorn's NPR and it's really good, too. It was funny bc Thorn was so hyperactive and loud and happy on Doughboys and then he's doing a somber interview with George Saunders about mortality and stuff lol

 

Idk if I like Jesse or not

 

I like George Saunders so I might check that out, not a fan of Jesse in the past but he was an incredible guest, this was a great episode

Yeah I don't like Jesse in general but thought he was rly good on this, I think the guests that are huge fans are usually good
