You guys bring up Jared, a guy who just did commercials for Subway, as some indictment on their food. But Jimmy Johns founder shoots dolphins for fun, and you guys like it? Also I just got full bloodwork done this week and I'm insanely healthy. Like actually perfect results. And thats with eating Subway 4-6 times a week. It's making me stronger
No one brings up Jared and no one is defending the Jimmy John owner. You have a parasocial relationship with subway. It’s weird.
This is where I would quote all the Jared mentions between here and the controversial food opinions thread if I weren't so lazy. Say Jimmy Johns is bad! Subway as a company is abhorrent but the food is good and the way society decided to just dogpile on is wrong! It's the same way everyone just decided to talk shit on Arby's in the late 90's/early 00's even though it was actually good. I'm trying to reprogram the earth
People make fun of Jared but don’t say subway is bad because of him. Jimmy John’s is average at best but isn’t outright terrible. Arby’s food is actually decent. Subway is garbage. Hope this helps.
ignoring the other stuff because i genuinely have no idea what you're on about but the cadence here is very Trump. it's uncanny.
My rank is Jersey Mike’s for overall quality. Jimmy John’s has great bread and some decent subs. Subway is good for being in a pinch and you want to eat slightly healthy, since pretty much every fast food place has gotten rid of any kind of non-fried, healthy option. And I say this as the resident sandwich artist from like 20 years ago (and not much has changed besides the logo).
I would say we should leave Mick alone as we've already litigated this dozens of times but considering we're in a thread for a podcast that's on like Taco Bell 17, I guess it's fine.
to be fair I brought it up and I stand by all of it especially the part about being tortured real bad in hell
