the new Subway thanksgiving subs are great. I got it without cranberry sauce and added creamy siracha and it was one of the betters subs I've had from there recently. The stuffing is kind of mushy (I prefer crunchy stuffing) but the flavor was solid. @The Spoonman you guys should review it and not let Wiger's insane subway hatred ruin a beautiful thing.
Not even at times? I mean Stavvy's voice is clearly pretty unique but there were a few times when Zach was speaking that sounded like Stavvy when he's more tempered.
Mustard with sausage rolls/kolaches is perfectly normal and served at every single donut shop around here.
Lotta big laughs this episode, Zach brings out the best in the boys. His story about the teacher in the bathroom is so funny.
Such a boring convo but yeah ketchup can go on eggs or most things that are salty. The vinegar bite and the sweetness go well with the fat and salt of the egg. I will typically do ketchup and/or a tangier hot sauce.
I have respect when it comes to pizza. I only doctor up bad/corner store pizza with a hot sauce/ranch/whatever. But a cheesesteak? I'm putting ketchup on any cheesesteak I get. Angelos, Steves, whatever flavor of the month spot everyone is hyping up. I'll take a control bite plain, but then I'm loading that bad boy up. It's far too salty to tackle without something to cut through.
loved all the upstate talk in the episode! Rossi’s in Poughkeepsie is one of the best deli’s I’ve ever had. the Hudson Valley is really a food powerhouse because of how many chefs leave NYC and go north - ton of farm to table too. garbage plates are actually good and one of those don’t knock it until you try it! I never thought I’d hear anyone else mention spiedie’s other than family/friends and that put a big ole smile on my face.
Jimmy Johns is incredibly mid, almost bad. To like it better than Subway is fucking lunacy The "I looked in the kitchen and saw ___" bit is still so funny, gets me every time.
Honestly almost said some shit that would probably cross a line, instead: Jersey Mikes is really good, but overpriced Subway is incredible, perfectly priced (but admittedly only if you're using coupons) Jimmy Johns is weak, salty, medicore. If you'd prefer a jimmy johns over subway I hope you get tortured bad in hell
