I am taking Oyster Crackers 10/10 times over bread, unless you count the bread topper to French Onion. Then 9/10.

A soup that doesn’t warrant crackers is probably also a soup that doesnt need bread though

Literally always bread. I want both, but in some hell where I can only have one I want buttered bread

 

See I’m going crackers for both, although with a chicken broth soup I typically don’t use either

I think I’ve only used oyster crackers in a clam chowder and maybe a chili for everything else it’s bread

 

Goldfish in tomato soup is elite

 

Listen I like to dip bread don’t get me wrong, I just prefer to dip in a tomato sauce or an olive oil/balsamic/spices mixture or the bottom of a thing of crabs. If I’m getting soup at a restaurant and there’s bread on the table, I really don’t think I’m ever dipping in it. Granted, I am very rarely if ever getting a broth based soup while I’m out

 

Will I dip some bread in the sauce of my meal if there’s any left over when entrees come out? Absolutely

 

Grilled cheese tho? Dipping that every time in a soup, broth based or not

 

Lol when I was a kid these two older goth brothers showed up to the school family fair and one of them tried to do the Steve-O and swallowed a goldfish whole. Then he tried to barf it back up into a cup but when it came out it was all gnawed up and dead

the other place, Archie’s, closed because the owner was an abuser. some of the employee’s took over ownership and hired everyone back and it’s now Rosie’s - they do a butter crust pizza.
