I hope Mark Rennie never reviews something I find fun on a podcast again. This is how this episode makes me feel lol

 

I love Mark and Two Old Queens. Wiges was reveling in Mitch’s discomfort. It was great.

 

Yeah he definitely seemed to just be needling Mitch more than actually disliking it which was fun.

also if he genuinely hated it who gives a shit

 

Him saying he liked Last Jedi made me think Mitch’s head was gonna explode.

For the record, I love the Christmas special but don't love it enough to want anyone to dread it this much lol

The first hour of this is almost too real for me. Susser brought way too much bummer energy.

 

I’m really hyped for the Christmas special now.

They should do a role reversal for the next one, Wiger loves to write long parodies and Mitch loves to improv. Is there a Christmas musical he could write parody songs for? Nightmare Before Christmas would be ridiculous with six food parody songs that Mitch has to sing

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Was listening to it on the way to work tomorrow, and was like wtf is this energy? Even if it was a bit, it wasn't a good one. First time I wanted him to stop talking and making everything about him.

 

Especially knowing something is going on with Mitch. Like damn dude. At least there’s the Snack Pack finale tonight

Sounds like the Boys need to learn how to use "I" statements.

But seriously, they pretty much do this every year its not really concerning and is probably healthy to get everything out. They both said they were in a good place with the show, just sounds like they need to communicate better and healthier like Emma suggested and not save it all for these episodes. Hope Mitch is doing well with whatever he's dealing with though.

 

They should bring in a therapist next year though.

 

I might catch hell for this, but I wouldn’t mind if the main feed went biweekly. It might help them maintain more of a spark, and it would help guarantee the best guests possible

Regardless, there’s been some fantastic eps this year and I hope the Boys are happy

The Doughboys clarified on the Snack Pack that what they were worried about was a friend in the hospital and they’re doing better.

 

That’s good. I was worried it was something with Mitch or his mom.
