I like the new format for HDTGP only for the absolutely chaotic energy Matt brings as a true host now. I could listen to the three of them just bullshit about games and it’s a good listen.

 

Matt was basically a host already. About time they formalized it

I like the 70 minutes in gaming heaven episodes way more than the game specific episodes, most of the time I'm never gonna play the game anyway. So good changes all around

 

That "12 Minutes" episode was wild. I'm not that in touch with video games any more so I had no idea that such an insane game was put out recently.

 

Honestly the show is better now that they aren't sticking so strictly to the premise. And yeah the draw of the show is the three of them interacting, so the lack of guests is not an issue for me either.

I would honestly be fine with them changing the name of the show so all these people would just shut up already, but I get why they'd want to keep that branding.

 

Fuck that guy for just nonchalantly accusing Mitch of being toxic with nothing to back it up and all accounts to the contrary.

What's the new format for HDTGP? I haven't listened in a long time.

 

They're only doing "bad" games two weeks of the month now, with the other two weeks being 70 Minutes in Gaming Heaven or some other off-format concept. Today's episode, for example, is a backlog rundown.

And also Matt was promoted to full host.

 

I know the simpsons has been on forever but hearing that it debuted with married with children kind of blew my mind.

 

I love all of "The Simpsons" behind the scenes talk.

 

Had the crispy chicken tacos from Taco Bell for lunch today. My biggest complaint is just how much shell there is. I don't mind that they're simple or small, I thought they were a solid snack, but I was ripping pieces of the shell away because there was so much of it. Super carby.

 

I feel this way about almost every Taco Bell item. I'm always removing 50% of the tortilla.
