Never been to a Checkers, but used to frequent Rally's growing up in Ohio. The fries are GOAT fast food fries.
Checkers/Rally's fries and milkshakes are top-tier fast food. I'm a fan of their burgers even though I recognize they're kinda shitty lol
Maybe it's just the ones here but Rally's quality always seems noticeably worse than most fast food burger joints and made me feel like shit every time I had it. Big Buford is the funniest name for a burger though so they get points for that.
Surprised it hasn’t been brought up in here yet but I just listened to this weeks HDTGP a little late and on the episode Nick gets called out for eating a sandwich that consisted of cold cheese and mayonnaise on white bread. Fucked up man
nah mayo is lubrication, that baby probably slides. just get the cheese out of there I've never had either but I've had Rally's frozen seasoned fries and they're pretty decent
Rally's used to have commercials that bragged about how much mayo was they had and how they're all sloppy. Was super weird. But yeah, their fries are A+.
I know you're not a cheese guy, but I'd argue it depends on the cheese. But yeah, mayo, bread and American cheese (if that's what it was) is pretty bad.
If there wasn't at least lettuce and tomato also on there then that is the weirdest thing Wiger has done and it's a long list.
Is the Mayo what’s throwing you all off? Because a cheese sandwich is a pretty normal thing, grilled or not.
I think whether or not this is a toasted/grilled sandwhich makes a monumental difference. Putting mayo on a grilled cheese is still fucked though this is a dude who made a crouton/ranch dressing soup daily so it's not even that weird overall
