Cool. I'll give it another shot from the beginning then. I listened to the first episode when everyone on AP was endorsing it, but it didn't really click with me and I didn't listen beyond that. I'll try to give it more of a chance this time though.
It requires a lot of paying attention. I found I wasn't getting into it because I was always listening at work or when I was multitasking. Once I actually sat down and listened to it I fell in love. I started by skipping around but after I got into a bunch of episodes I wished I would have stared at the beginning. i would recommend starting with the first PFT episode as an ice breaker and then going back to the beginning.
Ok, now we're talking. As a fan of CBB, maybe this would be the best entry point for me. I'll listen to the CBB ep first and then dive into HH from the beginning.
Yeah, I didn't even think of their CBB appearances, but that first one is an excellent starting point especially if you already like CBB.
This episode is incredible, the story about the guy and the liquified gummy bears, holy shit. And the new game at the end is up there with Pie in This Guy as my fave.
This episode was everything I hoped it would be as a big fan of both podcasts. The Doughboys/HH guys were a perfect fit together, four people on the cast fit really well (first time they've had two guests, right?). Loved it.
Don't know how many of you are on Mitch.Pizza texting, but Mitch just responded to a question about how many more episodes the show has by saying they may make an announcement before the year ends
Damn. I'd be ok if they went to a biweekly format, maybe that would relieve the pressure on them a little
I loved Rocklobsterfest, but as someone who's allergic to shellfish and has never been to Red Lobster it'll be nice to get back to other chains
Wiger getting legitimately furious at the dude who eats turkey sandwiches for breakfast made me cackle
