Is the American A&W at all the same as the Canadian ones? Worth going to?

I've eaten there before but it was like a decade or more ago, but now I wanna go back.

 

I don't know personally, but based on the latest Pod, they sound very different.

 

I’ve been to American A&W once. It was like a less-good Sonic. Based on the pod and on the pictures they posted, the Canadian version sounds, like, laughably better.

 

American A&W does have the frosted mugs for their root beer, which is great. Otherwise it’s average fast food that I haven’t had in years

 

Going by their menu, American A&W doesn't have that sweet teen sauce on their burgers
