Mitch needs to write a book about growing up in Boston

 

Did anyone else Red Robin have a magician that would walk around and perform at your table?

 

I've only been a couple times but I vaguely remember a balloon animal artist

 

I went into the Doughboys subreddit, really small but they have flair for #FitDracula, which reminded me of maybe their best dumb hashtag.

 

Would be really interesting to see the numbers this show gets.

Frailbot doesn't listen for sure

They have 5k twitter followers, WTF has 170k. So they have 1/34th as many listeners as Maron roughly. According to a 2012 article, Maron gets 2.75 downloads a month, 8 episodes a month so about 340k per episode. That means Doughboys have like 80,000 download a month, or 10-20k per episode which seems about right.

 

I honestly feel like it could be more than that but who knows

So happy to find out that Doughboys are gonna be at LA Podfest this year. You can get the live stream of the whole event for $20, which I've done the past 2 years and it's been GREAT. Lots of awesome shows to watch.

I direct downloaded from their Feral site a few hours ago. It definitely wasn't up even there earlier in the day, though.

 

I'm now caught up to the episode that was new when I started. Still 14 eps behind

 

It took too long to upload so I just listened to Red Robin again to get my Doughboys fix

 

I lost my mind laughing to Wiger's description of awful Heathcliff cartoons

 

I love that mitch.pizza is a real site.
