64 - Doughlympics: Domino's v. Papa John's v. Pizza Hut with Michael Blaiklock

Finally starting the episode now, your drop is awesome. Great job.

The last thing we released as a group was a long, very emotional spoken word tribute about the Orlando tragedy. This dumb drop is like the complete polar opposite musically.

 

I want to listen to this so bad but I have a 12 hour drive to the beach on Sunday and also want to save some podcast for that. So torn.

This episode was glorious, I loved when they just couldn't stop laughing during the fry counting.

I know I initially brought up LCJ as a negative thing, but he seems like a nice enough guy and I don't think he's a terrible person or anything, misguided tweets and all. However, listening to this episode, he writes and talks far too similarly to a horrible, terrible, maximum dork roommate I had my freshman year so listening to him is honestly unbearable to me, through no fault of his own.

 

As a lover of breadsticks, this episode really offended me on a deeply personal level.

 

I hate Pizza Hut for the most part, but goddamn are their breadsticks fantastic. I was surprised they got so much hate

 

I was glad LCJ was only on the podcast briefly, and primarily to promote a charitable endeavor of his. Putting aside his questionable tweets, I mostly just don't understand why anyone besides other teens would give a shit about his reviews. Teenagers are idiots.

 

I love papa John's breadsticks specifically because they're like a plain doughy pizza crust. I think their biggest mistake was not using the garlic dipping sauce.

That Jackson part made me glad he wasn't a full guest

 

Great drop, I am also furious by the lack of respect Breadsticks get, and I like Papa Johns breadsticks a lot. Fuck off with your Parmesan cheese and what not. Popcorn in movie theaters is a travesty, microwave popcorn at home is cool.

I switched to another podcast after a couple minutes of the teenage review guy, is there anything good I am missing?

 

I can get jiggy with some bread sticks, but Domino's and Pizza Hut's are terrible.

 

Pizza Hut breadsticks are the best. How dare you. They give you the most sauce too.
