I think Burritos > Tacos for me, but even so it's only barely. It's a really hard decision. I like how they're doing this though, one burrito and one taco from each place lets places' strengths come through in the analysis.
"I'll say this, much like Nick's plush Stuart Minon doll, at Poquito Mas, the protein is on display."
Four tournaments in and it is still as chaotic as ever. Neither of them knowing if Baja Fresh is in the bracket or not.
This didn't feel like a very fair competition this round. It's like Mitch trying to win a popsicle sucking competition against Wiger
Chipotle vs. Qdoba tomorrow. I feel like this should be an easy Chipotle win because they're on the record as liking Chipotle but I feel like this could actually be one of the closer match-ups. Also, I guess they're probably going to have Taco Bell and Del Taco go against each other in the first round, only to have the other one win Fat Chance Kitchen and come back for the finals, huh.
Qdoba is not bad but there's a local build-your-own burrito chain here in Jersey that's better than Qdoba/Chipotle/Moe's combined. So I never go to any of them lol
I’m assuming they’ll do an 8 chain bracket. Taco Bell and del taco are in obviously, what are the last two? Maybe Baja Fresh didn’t make the cut.
I need to go revisit Qdoba. There's only one location I know of, and I haven't been there in a decade probably.
I'm assuming Baja Fresh is going to be in just due to needing to fill in the numbers. For the last chain, I honestly have no clue. Probably has to be another local LA chain like Poquito Mas, right? I wish they'd post a bracket like they did last year. Clearly one doesn't exist for this year though haha
