I didn't find it boring at all. Started out hilarious with Mitch being super apprehensive/worried he might be drawn the Devil card. Ended on a more heartfelt sincere note. I thought it was great podcasting.
yes I mean for $60 a year you get an additional 50 hours of Nick and Mitch. Plus you're helping the boys and giving them incentive to not commit suicide keep the show going
Not decrying their income from this, but I saw a comment on Reddit (always a reliable source) that they take in $20,000 a month from subscribers
Current subscribes is 5,696 x $5 = $28,000. Not sure how much of that Patreon gets. But two guys, plus an engineering costs, I'd say $20,000 sounds about right.
It's possible, but I don't how realistic that number is. Their Patreon page shows that they currently have 5,696 subscribers, which, if everyone was donating $5 a month, they'd be making at closer to $30k a month, BUT a lot of people will only donate $1, or will subscribe for a month and grab all the past episodes and then dip out for a while and then re-subscribe and do it over again. Regardless, they deserve whatever amount they're making. Black Panther made billions of dollars but that doesn't mean I shouldn't pay for it if I want to see it. But yeah, I get it. They make a quarter mil a year podcasting, meanwhile I'm lucky to make $40,000... Side note: Chapo Trap House is probably the most successful Patreon podcast making close to $100,000 a month.
i am fine with these two making however much off Patreon they can as long as they keep being positive voices/influences when it comes to things like paying guests
Patreon takes 10% off the top plus a little extra for payment processing fees so they’re likely making somewhere around $25,000 a month
Funny, I was actually doing the math on this earlier today. They definitely make enough off of the Patreon to live comfortably and not have to do anything else. Which is awesome and I hope they make more.
Maybe I'll put myself in the freezer before a night with Natalie... You're gonna put your whole body in the freezer? Yeah... maybe firm up a little.
Half of the profits go towards fire fighters, the other half go towards starting fires. It's called the "Beavis fund"
