I'm from Connecticut and I remember one episode last year Mitch referred to a liquor store as a "packi" (package store) and the guest kinda gasped because to him it sounded like a racial slur. But I feel like younger people in this part of the country still refer to it as a packi, at least I heard it all the time in college.
A couple of my friends did it and they do not recommend it. It would actually probably be pretty funny if Wiger and Mitch did it on-air, though.
I've had Hardy's (east coast Carls Jr) once and I had what I can only describe as a BRAIN in my chicken. Threw it all away. Knife it. Disgusting #oversauced anytime you ask someone at subway for just the smallest amount of sauce, they'll load you up out of spite
Hardees biscuits were a staple in my family growing up but the idea of going there after breakfast ends is foreign to me Also Carls Jr just opened its first NYC location so I might hit it up to refresh my memory at some point
I honestly don't know if I've been. I think maybe once? I have a vague memory of being in one but no recollection of the food. Never had any by where I grew up or live now or went to college.
One thing that’s weird is that there’s actually a Carl’s Jr. in New Jersey, which isn’t supposed to happen. Should be a Hardee’s, obviously. Wonder why that is.
Wow. Have honestly never heard someone say a bad thing about the West Bacon. I am thoroughly shocked and appalled.
