part of me wants more Wiger, be it parodies or guesting on more shows, but his quantity:quality ratio is immaculate as it is

 

Monster Fuck is like a top 10 "comedic piece" of all time. There are few things that can still make me laugh after having seen/heard them 100+ times.

 

it's so divisive to those outside of this realm of interest, too. my roommate thought it was cringe city when he heard it this year having never listened to CBB/heard of Wiger. i think the fact that the song is coming out of a mostly wholesome, sometimes Flanders-esque Wiger is a lot of the hook for me

Monster fuck makes me laugh hard every year even though I know what is coming.

 

Wiger was on this week's Raised By TV (Mount Crushmore) and he was an absolute joy, his delivery in telling Gabrus how on brand his choices were and his assertion that Marge Simpson's blue pubes aren't canonical murdered me, my god. def worth listening to for his contributions alone.

 

Mitch is on High and Mighty today. Talking with Gabrus about being fat.

 

Hope everything is alright with Pardo. Cancelled his most recent show and couldn’t record a new NNF this week


Annndd I thought I was in the comedy thread. Oh well

 

Oooh was waiting for this one, will listen to anything with Wiger but mostly just hope/expect that Raised By TV is better with guests during the main part of the episode.

 

This format worked so much better, the only downside was that because it was a live show with a set duration it felt a bit rushed and some things that would have been good for further discussion were moved on from pretty quickly. I loved Wiger saying Gabrus was on brand with his picks before his insane on brand picks.

 

Kind of curious, are there any regular doughboy listeners who DON'T subscribe to the double on patreon?

I don’t either, but that’s because i was broke most of the year and had to keep a tight budget. Gonna subscribe this week. That classic Double with the Dream daddies was hilarious.

 

Mitch periodically reminding Wiger how fucking weird this was had me dying every time!

 

It proves Wiger is both a genius and a maniac.
