McKay knows how to work a set and get everyone on the same page with a loose energy that brings out the most absurd and amazing ad-libs. I'm hoping this is the energy he will bring to this movie, and we get something that is maybe a more grown up and refined version of Anchorman 2, rather than another Vice. My only worry here is the lack of "comedy" people, aside from maybe Jonah Hill and technically Leo.
Ugh we're getting a cutaway to Ariana Grande explaining how Fake News works as she walks her dog aren't we
Leo doing comedy is the best Leo so I'm hyped either way, never mind the absolutely incredible cast Cudi is making some fucking moves as an actor lately
I get news on this in my feed all the time because they're filming in the Boston area. Makes me want to get some binoculars and go check it out, lol.
Vice is the only McKay movie I hate so I'm hoping that was a fluke and this turns out good. But idk he seems like someone that went far up his own ass after his oscar success
Vice is one of the most embarrassingly tryhard movies I’ve ever seen but I like every other McKay so cautiously optimistic for this
